Aircraft Leasing, Purchasing & flight charter

We have selectively built a diversified lease portfolio comprised of high-quality aircraft from wide body jets to turboprops with an attractive and varied group of lessees. By delivering high-quality work and fast turnaround, our overhaul program enables customers to save both time and money. Once a component is received for overhaul, each unit is carefully inspected. If all replacement parts are in stock, our turn time will not exceed 5 days. On components, which cannot be overhauled within acceptable tolerances, an exchange unit can be quickly provided, if required, to minimize customer downtime.

Propeller Servicing, Repair and Overhaul

Upon receiving your propeller we will complete a visual inspection to detect any obvious issues that may cause all or part of the prop to fail. Before any work is done on the blades, we use digital Vernier calipers to measure width and thickness at various stations to assure the blades are above minimum manufacturer specifications. If so, then all paint is removed from the blades, and any corrosion, nicks and dings are filed and sanded out before giving the blade a final polish. At this point we will also do a preliminary static balance and obtain final measurements.

Aircraft Tear-down

Every year, approximately 600 commercial passenger and freighter aircraft are withdrawn from service. Some may be placed in long-term storage but the majority are parted out. What was once simply a means of ending an aircraft’s operating life is now a vital, value-driven process through which aircraft owners and operators can harvest and monetize a wide range of assets with a useful lifespan. It has also influenced how aircraft are parted out and developed proprietary methods that deliver greater value from the process.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

We are specialized in Aircraft Nondestructive Testing, able to meet your needs no matter where you are located.
